Family Support Network of Central Carolina Welcomes Meagan Patillo as New Executive Director
We are excited to announce that Meagan Patillo will be assuming the role of Executive Director on March 4, 2024. Meagan brings a wealth of passion, expertise, and a community-centric approach that perfectly aligns with FSNCC's mission.
Meagan Patillo, holding a Master's in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Bachelor's in Social Work, has demonstrated a deep commitment to community service throughout her career. From her early days working with exceptional children to her roles in nonprofit management and community engagement, Meagan's journey reflects a passion for supporting vulnerable populations and fostering positive change. Her multifaceted experience, coupled with a personal understanding of the challenges faced by families, positions her as an ideal leader for Family Support Network of Central Carolina.
Meagan's impressive journey includes serving as the Network Coordinator at Central Carolina Health Network, where she played a pivotal role in achieving measurable outcomes for improved health and well-being, particularly for individuals living with HIV. Before her current role, Patillo held significant positions at Triad Health Project, contributing to improving health outcomes for those affected by HIV. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Meagan's commitment to vulnerable populations and her dedication to making a positive impact align seamlessly with the values of FSNCC.
Her leadership at Triad Health Project showcased her ability to supervise teams, develop strategic interventions, and collaborate with various community partners, highlighting her expertise in nonprofit management and community-building initiatives. As Director of High Point Services and Director of Client Services, Patillo consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the needs of diverse populations.
Meagan's unique background extends beyond her professional roles, as she draws from personal experiences, including spending time in the NICU as a first-time mom in 2019. This firsthand encounter reinforces her commitment to providing support and understanding to families facing challenges in the realms of healthcare and special needs.
