UNITE 2024: Save-the-Date

Mark your calendars for the UNITE Festival, scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 1-4 pm at LeBauer Park in Downtown Greensboro. In case of inclement weather, a rain date has been set for Sunday, May 19.

Our annual U.N.I.T.E. event stands for "Understanding Needs of Inclusion Takes Everyone." The goal behind this event is to bring together organizations from across our area that serve families of individuals with disabilities or special healthcare needs. Bringing together different organizations in one place is incredibly helpful for families, as it saves them time and effort in searching for the resources they need.

This event is co-hosted by the following organizations: Family Support Network of Central Carolina, Downtown Greensboro, Greensboro Parks and Rec, and Greensboro Downtown Parks, Inc.

All families are warmly invited to attend for free resources, FUN, and to connect with an amazing lineup of local organizations that serve families of children with a disability or special healthcare need. Don't have a child with a disability? This event is for you too! Come enjoy all the fun activities we have planned, learn, and support this incredible community. *Water stations available. Please bring your own water bottle.
